History of the Hotel Roxy


The Hotel Roxy Lofts brick and timber building was built in 1921 and in it`s lifetime has served as a whole grocer, hotel and furniture store. Located in midtown Atlanta near Georgia Institute of Technology, Coca-Cola world headquarters and the Means Street Art District. The property was renovated in 1995 to incorporate 18 loft apartments and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space.
